⚕️ Express CPR & First Aid Training
We are pleased to introduce our new Express CPR & First Aid Training delivery model, designed to provide greater flexibility and minimise time away from work (and fun!)
Participants complete the required online pre-course theory at their own pace before attending a streamlined face-to-face practical training and assessment session.
This efficient approach ensures all competency requirements are met while offering a more convenient learning experience. Please note that all online learning must be completed prior to attending the practical session.
We offer courses for:
First Aid officers
Sole traders and contractors needing certification for work
Workplace groups
Teachers, educators and carers
Child-care workers and babysitters
Parents and carers looking after children.
Express CPR and First Aid training - Pre course requirements
CPR refresher training includes: 3 mandatory online pre-course modules, and
First Aid training includes: 13 mandatory online pre-course modules
The online modules for both CPR and First Aid training must be completed before attending the practical session. Access to the online learning materials will be emailed to you once your enrolment and payment have been received.
Please ensure you have a valid email address and access to a computer or laptop, as the online modules cannot be completed on a mobile device.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Please be advised that bookings made at a discounted or sale price are final and not eligible for rescheduling, cancellation, or refund. Due to the nature of promotional pricing, we are unable to accommodate requests to transfer or reschedule your training to an alternative date. We kindly ask that you ensure your availability before securing your booking under a sale rate, as all discounted bookings are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
As we are now delivering under an “express model” - doors will be shut promptly at 8.30am. No late arrivals will be allowed to attend and will be subject to the company’s cancellation policy.

Participants complete the required online pre-course learning in their own time before attending a practical assessment session. Suitable for those who have previously completed CPR and/or First Aid training. If unsure, please call our Office on 4098 1228.

Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
This course teaches the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.

Provide First Aid
DO NOT BOOK CPR EXTRA - a First Aid booking includes CPR HLTAID009 !!
Provide First Aid includes Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to administer first aid to a casualty who has sustained an injury or illness, until the arrival of professional medical help. Do not book Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation extra to booking First Aid as it is included in this tab.

This course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants and children as well as adults and specifically applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting.
